كارول دويك - كارول س. دويك (بالإنجليزية: Carol S. Dweck)‏، (ولدت في 17 أكتوبر 1946) هي أستاذة علم النفس في جامعة ستانفورد. اشتُهرت دويك بعملها على السمات العقلية السيكولوجية.

تخرجت من كلية بارنارد عام 1967 وحصلت على درجة الدكتوراه من جامعة ييل عام 1972.

قامت بالتدريس في جامعة كولومبيا وجامعة هارفارد وجامعة إلينوي قبل انضمامها إلى كلية ستانفورد في عام 2004.
